Madeline and her family made me feel right at home during my few days at the Big Bay Homestay Holiday Apartment. They were thoughtful about making sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The cottage was cosy and well equipped, and I had a wonderful stay. I’d love to return. Five stars for the hospitality and service!

I’ve stayed here twice and had a good time both visits. It’s good value, with the beach a short walk away and a shopping centre nearby. Cape Town is about a 20-minute drive, and security staff are on site around the clock.

The location close to the beach was a real plus, and the family were so kind and ready with travel tips whenever we needed them. I was in Cape Town with a friend this time, and we each had a large, lovely room while sharing the bathroom. After long days out, we could cool down in the pool in the evenings. Such a great stay, and I’ll be back! 😋👍👌👌
