The breakfast was generous, and the ocean view from high above Camps Bay is fantastic. Beach and Jenny are such warm, welcoming hosts. Their four-room Boutique@10 sits on a quiet side street. Top-notch!

The deck and pool look out over camps bay, and the views made us decide to stay in for dinner. Beach even set a table for us so we could eat while watching the sunset, a lovely way to finish our trip. The house has four rooms, an indoor living room and a kitchen where breakfast is prepared each morning. Our room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Beach and Jennifer were caring, hospitable hosts. We only had one night there, at the end of our South Africa trip, and wished we’d stayed longer. Such a little hidden gem!

We left after one night of a planned four-night stay because of a medical emergency, and sadly lost the money for the remaining nights. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay those extra three nights anyway. It felt claustrophobic to us, and the familiar, effusive style of hosting wasn’t our cup of tea. The owners live on site, so I think this place is better classified as an Airbnb than a hotel. It also wasn’t much cheaper than booking a proper hotel, and I should have looked more carefully before booking. If you’re flying in, I’d book an Uber from the airport instead of using the “hotel’s” taxi service. That ride cost far more than the Uber we took back to the airport. Uber was reliable and easy to get in Cape Town. Check carefully that the accommodation suits what you want for a comfortable, memorable stay. Cape Town is beautiful and has plenty of hotels in and around the city.

David and Jen were a lovely, warm couple and had plenty of good recommendations. The view was great, and the location worked perfectly for Camps Bay, Sea Point and the V&A waterfront. Just right for a short stay. Thanks!

The sunrise to sunset views from the house are beautiful, and the pool and balcony give you lots of room to relax in the sun. It’s well placed for walking to Camps Bay and just a short drive from Cape Town, Lions Head and Table Mountain. Jen and Beach made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We loved the outstanding breakfast and everything else about our stay at Boutique@10. We’ll definitely be back.
