I’m a first year, and staying here has been quite an experience. They took hundreds of students’ money for an event that never happened. Laundry is another mess: the machines and dryers cost extra even though they’re advertised as included in the already expensive rent, the dryers don’t work, and the washing machines were broken for months. They’re supposedly being fixed now, but still aren’t working, and we’ve been told it’ll take another month. The fire alarm goes off at all hours. The rules are much stricter than at other residences, especially for the price and the freedom you’d expect. The rooms are advertised as neat and proper, but mine has loose tiles, rust on the mirrors, and stove lights that don’t all work. We went weeks without hot water. When it was finally fixed, it lasted just one day. The gym equipment is outdated. I could keep going, but seriously, don’t stay here!

It’s a great place, but the laundry setup is very poor and maintenance has been disappointing. My daughter’s room has had recurring problems, and maintenance haven’t shown much urgency in dealing with them. Disappointing.

The rooms at Campuskey are spacious, with plenty of storage for groceries and clothes, and it’s an excellent place to stay in that respect. The laundry is another story. You have to buy tokens, and the dryers often leave clothes just as wet as they were before. It feels like tenants are being charged for a service that barely works.

The rooms are really lovely and the staff are very attentive. Sometimes it gets noisy, which is to be expected in a place full of students, but I haven’t had any major problems that made me regret choosing it. I’d recommend Campuskey Rosebank.

Such a good vibe, and the staff make it even better. A great spot for students and young professionals who need somewhere to study or work in a relaxed setting. CK Mini has good coffee and light meals, too.
