I live in the building opposite, and I’ve noticed some cheap people staying here. The other day I saw a man doing yoga completely naked on the balcony, then swimming naked in the pool. Today, three or four guys were by the pool with beer bottles and loud music, arguing with one another. Please don’t go here. There are cheap people staying here.

Some of the balconies have stunning views of Table Mountain, and there’s a pool up on the roof. It’s in a perfect spot for a city trip, and the building feels really safe and impressive. Some apartments are available on Airbnb.
