Ivy Place Studio Apartment

The walk-in closet was a great surprise, with plenty of room for our travel bags and lots of hanging and shelf space. The bed was comfortable, the linen was squeaky clean, and everything in the private, quiet unit behind the main house was spotless and working properly. We needed affordable, quiet, private and safe accommodation near where our children were moving, and Ivy Place suited us very well. It was hot while we were there, so the air-conditioning deserves a mention: it cooled the room in just a few minutes. There were plenty of wall sockets, including USB, and plugs in two-point, two-point round and three-point styles. Thoughtful little extras included detergent, clothes pegs, air fryer liners and a full-length mirror. We didn't use the small patio with its fireplace and picnic table, but it looked inviting. Maybe next time. The two cats were a treat for us, but they're no nuisance. They came into the room only because I practically invited them in. I can recommend Ivy Place and will definitely return.
