The room was kept clean, and the shower was great. Breakfast was nice, though it was the same every day, so maybe the options could be changed. The front office staff were very pleasant, especially the ladies on day shift and the gentleman on night shift. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful too. I had to keep reminding staff to bring bottled water to my room. The location in the city is perfect, and it was good value for money. Shower gel in the bathroom would be a nice addition. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff at Neighbourgood East City were warm, friendly, and professional, and every interaction felt genuine. The location is hard to beat for either business or a holiday. Restaurants, transport, and key city attractions are all easy to reach, so getting around is simple. It’s a convenient and comfortable place with great service, and I’d gladly stay again. A couple of small additions would make it even better. Dedicated or partnered guest parking would be helpful, especially for people travelling by car. It’d also be nice if the restaurant stayed open a bit later for guests arriving late or wanting to unwind after a long day.

The shared first-floor space has lots of room to relax or spend time with friends. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, food storage, a walk-in fridge, a pool table, and comfortable sofas. The rooms have great views and very comfortable beds and mattresses. A supermarket is just around the corner, great restaurants are nearby, and the ground-floor café/restaurant serves delicious breakfast and lunch. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the team and management are outstanding. You really feel at home here. It’s comfortable, well located, and very affordable. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back.

The location was great, close to cafés, restaurants, and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was simple and efficient. The room was spotless and nicely furnished, with a modern, sophisticated feel that made it comfortable to relax in after exploring Cape Town. Everything felt welcoming and well maintained, and the stay was pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The rooms had everything we needed, and the staff were great about helping with tour bookings and questions. We also enjoyed the cafe for breakfast and lunch. The hotel is right in central Cape Town and felt very secure, with face recognition access. Some rooms look out toward table mountain, and ours had a fantastic view. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.
