Neighbourgood Harrington

My overnight stay on 20th January was lovely. I had a one-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor, with amazing city views from inside and from the spacious balcony. The stay was too short for me to try breakfast or use the other facilities, but I really appreciated the experience and the pleasant service from the reception team. Thank you all. My only regret is not being able to spend longer there.

My first night at Neighborgood was a stressful start. The floor was extremely busy, the A/C wasn’t working, and I was offered a fan, which didn’t meet the standard I expected. The door wouldn’t lock properly, leaving me feeling unsafe, and I noticed three flies in the room. When I raised this that evening, I was told there were no rooms available, so I was frustrated and uncomfortable. The next morning, Nosihle came out of her office, listened politely, and handled everything with real care and professionalism. She immediately offered me a beautiful, spacious 1-bedroom apartment under the same company, and my stay improved from then on. For the rest of my 3-week stay, I had a peaceful, comfortable place that felt like home, a luxurious apartment I still can’t stop showing videos of, warm and welcoming staff, and a talented chef who made the best breakfasts of my trip. Security was high too. The experience turned into one of the best hospitality stays I’ve had in Cape Town. Nosihle’s leadership made me feel valued, and I’ll return with my family and recommend Neighborgood to relatives and friends visiting Cape Town. Special thanks to Nosihle for turning a difficult start into a 5-star stay. I’ll definitely be back.

The food was delicious, and the staff were so warm and hospitable. A shout out to our wee pal Lungi, who gave us the best service! Our apartment was perfect, from its design and quality to the exquisite VIEW of table mountain at sunrise. We had the most wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We needed a one-night stay with somewhere to leave our luggage, so we picked Neighbourgood Harrington. The hotel was extremely clean, and our standard room was spacious, well furnished, and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s also a shower guests can use if they have a later flight, which was a great extra. District 6 is an excellent location, an up-and-coming area with lots of trendy bars, cafés, and restaurants. Highly recommend for a short Cape Town stay.
