It was quiet and otherwise great, and everything was very clean. The design is a bit outdated, though. The toilet and shower share the same space, so shower water splashes onto the toilet, and the shower head isn’t great. The WiFi kept cutting in and out.

I wouldn’t recommend this Sun1. There was noise, no working coffee machine, and two cockroaches on the bed as soon as we opened the room door. On arrival, lots of people were hanging around the building and in the passages. The location isn’t great, and the receptionist was okay but not friendly.

Seeing two cockroaches run across the bed when you switch on the room light is a no go for me. The coffee machine didn’t work either, and it was noisy, with people hanging around outside and in the passage. The receptionist was okay, but stayed in his chair and didn’t make us feel welcome.

The rooms smell weird and are in no condition for accommodation. I’ve been waiting four days for my refund. I’m exposing this pathetic service and demand a visit from the health and safety inspector to see the conditions here. A no go.

We really enjoyed our stay and the experience overall. The shower tap gave us some trouble, and the air conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning. They were minor inconveniences, but I hope they can be fixed for future guests.
