We stayed from the 6th Oct to the 10 Oct, and the whole experience was amazing. There was a private entrance and pool area, plus 3bed and x2 studio apartments. Everything was supper clean, and there was a generator for loadshedding. Before I booked, Fabrizio showed me the places on video, inside and out. It’s a beautiful place in a great location, and the personal service was amazing too. Fabrizio is friendly and helpfull, and the whole team was super awesome, including the cleaning ladies. If we needed anything, I could just whatapp and he’d send one of the ladies. My whole family loved it, and we’ll definitely go again. I’d recommend this place 100%.

We loved our stay here. The accommodation and complex were clean, secure and super quiet. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious, and they gave us a free welcome drink. The staff even hung out our washing and brought it back in once it was dry. Fabrizio was lovely, kind and helpful, and always available with local knowledge. He also arranged a taxi driver to take us where we wanted to go. Hercules the “guard dog” was gentle and sweet. Each night, he’d check out the apartment when we got back to make sure it was safe, then riddled off. Great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks Fabrizio.

I spent 4 months at Sunset Residence while working on a project, and I’m grateful for the wonderful stay. Fabrizio and the staff made it a pleasure, from the friendly service to the housekeeping. I’d recommend Sunset Residence to anyone visiting Capetown. Fabrizio helped me enjoy the beautiful scenery Capetown has to offer and made every second of the trip worthwhile. Our group had an amazing time, and the accommodation was super clean. The rate was so affordable that I still feel like we paid less than we should have for such a great place. Fabrizio, the owner, was really helpful with information about Cape Town and what not to miss. Room service was top class too, they even washed and ironed our clothes. I’m definitely coming back with my family 👪

I was only there for one night, but it felt so comfortable and homey that I could easily have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the place has all the basic needs. Shops are conveniently close, within walking distance, and there’s a pool right outside the door. Its blue light makes for great night swimming. Thanks to the owner for being so accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a stay over. Thanks again.
