The staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming, and helpful. I stayed five days without a single issue. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the security was great. I'll definitely return and tell anyone who needs to know about Brookston. Thank you!

Our apartment felt homely and we had a great stay, so I'd go again. Getting there was confusing, though: I booked through Agoda and got a confirmation, but no email said I had to pay a deposit upfront. At reception, we were told we hadn't booked. The man there seemed unaware of what was going on and didn't properly welcome us because he thought we had no booking. Eventually the manager helped us, and we paid R50 extra for a studio apartment.

Team Brookston gave us a superb weekend and memories that'll stay with us. The studio was spotless, the service was immaculate, and the welcome gifts were lovely. I could keep praising the place. Thanks for everything, and keep it up!

Devante deserves a special mention, the staff were brilliant. We felt safe and secure, and noticed the care taken with the details. The welcome was warm and friendly, and cleanliness was absolutely on point. Please keep up the effort, it's much appreciated.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, and having a car makes the stay ideal. The area seemed a little dodgy to me, though. Also, avoid the room beside reception if you can, it's really noisy.
