After the Cape Town Marathon, we enjoyed being within walking distance of V&A Walterfront and Sea Point, with its lovely beach for running, walking, and watching the sunset. The lobby restaurant, Cattle Baron, served great food. The hotel also had parking, a gym, fast wifi, and friendly staff who were ready to help. Thanks especially to Mitch, who helped us book a Game Drive at Aquila and suggested Cheetah Outreach, including a meeting with a cheetah. Having a microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, and hot water machine made the stay complete.

The room, food, location, and view from the restaurant on the 15th floor were all top notch. One disagreement with Noba at the front desk left a sour taste. She kept changing her position and didn’t seem very professional, but I wouldn’t let one person shape my view of the whole stay. All the other staff made sure I had a lovely time at the hotel and in Cape town. I’d definitely return.

The rooms were luxurious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a unique menu with a fine dining feel, and the rooftop restaurant offered some of the best views in Cape Town. Customer service was excellent from the front desk through to the cleaning staff.

The view from our window was stunning, and the neighborhood felt clean and quite safe. The room was well kept and spotlessly clean. Professional service started as soon as we arrived, from the porter to the friendly reception staff. This hotel offers world class service.
