A good spot for young professionals or people living on their own. I wouldn’t suggest it for raising children. The walls are thin, and neighbours will keep reporting you for noise.

There’s a saltwater pool, restaurant, kids’ play area, soccer turf, gym, and a community wellness space, so it’s easy to stay active and healthy in one place. The security team are friendly, helpful, and professional.
A secure, pleasant place, but you’ll need transport. There isn’t public transportation nearby, so plan on using Uber, Bolt, Didi, or your own car.
Security is tight, so I’d feel safe living here. The complex is bigger than I’d personally like, though; if you enjoy city living, it has the feel of a small modern city. I only stopped by to pick up a friend, so I can’t say what it’s really like to live here.
The security staff are friendly but thorough, and the place feels safe, clean, and quiet. There’s a great restaurant and gym, plus a decent-sized swimming pool and a fun play area for kids.
