The place itself is beautiful and really peaceful, but the stay had a few problems. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and water kept backing up in the shower instead of draining quickly. Guest services weren't great, and the hosts weren't especially friendly. The employees were warmer than the owners. The stairs by the breakfast area felt unsafe without a railing, and the door opened toward you.

My room felt so cozy I could've been at home, and the place was quiet and peaceful. A wonderful lady welcomed guests with a warm smile and gave me amazing service. I had a great stay and only wish I could've stayed longer. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!! I'll definitely come back and recommend this place 💯

The owners weren't friendly and there was no service. It was overpriced, and I would never recommend staying here. Stay far away!

It was an okay place to stay, with rooms that were very clean and tidy. A desk lamp would help if you're working at the desk, and actual milk in the rooms would be better for coffee. Friendlier, more professional customer service would go a long way. Also, please tidy up the kids' toys and things so guests don't see them.

I didn't try breakfast, which is served from 7 to 8:30. There is a pool for hot days, and a little garden that's lovely for relaxing away from the hustle. The neighbourhood in Ceres is quiet. Rooms have an en suite bathroom, fridge and desk. Parking is free and secure, and Wi-Fi is free, though there's no microwave. The host could have been more attentive, especially during load shedding, but I had a lovely stay.
