The Blue Waters Hotel

The rooms were clean and lovely, the staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was so good. My only concern was the crockery and glasses. I had to return a set of glasses because they hadn’t been washed properly. Apart from that, I had a great experience.

The buffet was excellent. Even though it was packed, the waiters found us a table quickly and kept checking in. The staff, from reception to security, were all friendly and made us feel at home. We got the exact room shown on the website. It was cleaned daily, and they changed the bedding, which impressed me. The hotel is also in a great spot, within walking distance of Suncoast and Ushaka. If you need a taxi, you can get one right at the entrance.

Blue Waters has two indoor pools, one warm and one cold, so you can pick what you like. The food in the dining hall is great, with good staff and experienced chefs. The bar pizza tastes good too, and they have happy hours. The staff are so friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. Nozipho, you gave us great service, and Lisa, you were wonderful too. They make you feel like a queen or king here. I’ve stayed at other five-star hotels, but none treated me the way Blue Waters does. The welcome is warm, and there are complimentary snacks throughout the day and chocolates in the evening. Years ago they even used to turn down the bed and close the curtains for the night. They’re still the best. I have no complaints, and I’ll be back soon. “Woza eBlue Waters n find joy” 😍❤️

We were really happy with the room setup for my husband’s birthday. I’d booked a room with a room drop, and the view was amazing. The room was quite big too, and the service from the staff was awesome. Thanks to Lisa for setting everything up on Monday, Room number 805, 25/05/26. You’re amazing. We’ll definitely book here again.
