Other guests played music so loudly that we couldn't sleep. I wouldn't recommend the place if you're looking for peace and quiet. When we arrived, the bed didn't look clean or fresh, and there was hair on it. We were staying for the weekend, and before heading to the shops we asked them not to go into the room because we didn't need anything. When we returned, they'd made the bed anyway.

Room 322 was the worst. The toilet was leaking pee when we arrived, the bathroom had no light, and the bedroom lights weren't working either. We asked for a mop because of the leak and were told they'd bring one, but nobody came back. The bedrooms themselves were nice, and the TV didn't work at all. The rooms inside the building seem like the best ones to stay in. I'd avoid the ones outside. The kitchen water wasn't fresh either, so we had to buy our own drinking water.

There were ants and baby cockroaches in the cramped room, which wasn't clean to any decent standard. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice either, and the bad experience started as soon as we arrived. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. A friend nearby wanted to pop in and say hi, but the Ops manager (Gerrard Naidoo) refused them entry. It was a traumatic stay, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

POOR SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. I was trying to get an invoice, and this wasn't my first stay. I said I was making the payment, then they told me there were no rooms left. NEVER AGAIN.

All night, people turned the place into a pub with loud music and no one stepped in. The noise and unprofessional behavior were ridiculous. The doors were so hard to open and close you needed to be a tough guy. We were given remotes with no batteries, then got to the room and found a decoder but no TV. There wasn't a blanket either. When we asked for one, they said it wasn't cold and we'd manage without it. This place is hell from Pinetown without the pine.
