We booked at the last minute while travelling with a colleague, and they were accommodating. We ended up with a very reasonably priced buffet dinner. The property is huge, with many rooms, and it was quiet and comfortable. It’s some distance from town and services, though. It sits a little off the main road and has beautiful views, just not from the rooms.

The food was very nice, and the hotel has a beautiful ambience and view. But one waitress had to run everywhere serving guests, and used tables weren’t being cleared quickly enough. I spent 52 years in the industry, and to me that points to too few staff to do their jobs properly. I’m not fancy, but guests shouldn’t have to look around or go up to get service while the Duty Manager chats with other chomis. That’s not a good sign for the hotel. My one complaint is that the Duty Manager doesn’t seem to help, just stand there looking nice. Kind Regards

At check-in, at 17:00, I found my room still hadn’t been made up. Even after it was ready, the pillows had no cases and trash from the previous guest was still there. The wifi doesn’t reach the rooms, either. When I told reception the room wasn’t clean, they said, "they will get to you later". The service was poor, very poor.

The food was good, and they serve it the way you like. Service was perfect, and the place has lovely views, including an ocean view. It’s a really nice place to visit.
