Ubuntu Hotel

We had a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful to the owner for making the bookings easy and being incredibly patient. Our group could be demanding, but your staff handled us with so much tolerance and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back. Keep it up, everyone.

The rooms weren’t up to a good standard. I was put in room 10, where there was no light apart from the bedside lamp, then moved to room 13, whose door wouldn’t close properly unless I locked it. There was a terrible smell from the fridge because it had rotten chicken in it. They said it was a Bed & Breakfast, but when I asked for breakfast, it wasn’t available. What you see online isn’t what you get there.

The food was superb, and the rooms were neatly arranged, cleaner than some other hotels in town. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff were respectful. I’d choose this place over a hotel next time.

The service was great, and we appreciated the caretaker lady and the security staff. It’s a little far from King Williams town, but we’ll call again and hope the service stays as good or gets even better.
