The hiking trails on the property were beautiful, and the views were amazing. We had such a great stay at the French cottage. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the whole place was stunning.

Julia and Josh gave us such a warm welcome over Easter weekend. The cottage had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and an awesome fireplace. It’s in a stunning part of the world, and our only regret is not staying longer. We hope to come back.

The French Cottage is peaceful, with gorgeous trails and mountain views all around. It’s still only a three-minute drive from the main town square and main roads, even though you hardly feel like leaving the property. Inside, the spacious rooms are thoughtfully designed, with tasteful decor, a luxurious bed, soft couches, a bathroom heater and electric blankets in the main room. I’d recommend it to my friends and family.

It really felt like being transported to Europe. The French Cottage was an amazing place to stay, with wonderful views and hiking trails. We loved it.

Tucked away on the side of Clarens against the mountain, this place has beautiful gardens and big trees, plus a short hiking trail. The farmhouse interior feels luxurious, and there’s a fireplace for cold nights. I’ll definitely stay here again.
