Two Prefab Living - Luxury Bungalows

The place is very clean and cozy, and the wood fireplace and hot tub were my favourite parts. A beautiful, well-thought-out concept that makes you appreciate a minimalist, eco lifestyle. Everything is within walking distance.

The wood spa jacuzzi is a big draw, but at these rates the place isn’t worth it. We had to pay R30 a bag for wood, and Rafique, who was fixing the gate when we arrived, said we’d need 5 bags and that he only takes cash. WiFi was painfully slow. There was no check-in information about using the alarm, the wifi code, or paying for wood for the fireplace and spa jacuzzi. I tried to arrange an extra night 3 days before check-in, but couldn’t reach the owner. The number provided was for key collection and they don’t handle bookings, so I booked somewhere else for night two. The kitchen had a mismatched set of utensils that looked secondhand and plastic coffee mugs. The umbrella outside was torn, maintenance is needed throughout, and the stones outside are uncomfortable, with no step down to the jacuzzi. There’s very little privacy, and the shower water was barely lukewarm.

The accommodation was nice, but the bedroom lights weren’t working. Someone else brought a dog that barked the whole time.

It’s a new establishment with friendly service, and it has great potential to become very popular.
