The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had everything a family could need. We felt at home, and the security guard at the gate was friendly and welcoming. We could walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The outside may not look inviting, but inside it's a perfect 10/10.

The apartment was dirty, with very dirty walls and doors and taps that didn't work properly. There wasn't enough cutlery or kitchen equipment for the expected number of guests, and there was no oven. The TV area didn't have enough seats either. The parking didn't feel safe and wouldn't suit large cars.

Victimization and human rights are being abused, and the POPI Act has been stripped to the bone by self-made rules from certain individuals. Those rules aren't in the house rules. There are no honest, dignified members on the trustee board. Grey scale building.

The apartment itself was nice, aside from a few problems, like the security gate acting up. But the building was dirty and looked shady from outside, and the corridor smelled of dead rats. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
