We stayed here during Comrades season, and the location was convenient. The apartment was spacious enough for a group, with a balcony view and a lovely pool outside. At night you can hear the sea, which is relaxing. Just keep in mind that the apartment upstairs is reached by stairs. Some extra parking would be useful.

The spectacular views and location deserve five stars, but the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and disconnected often. We were also disappointed that the jacuzzi in the top-floor penthouse smelled of sewage when switched on. It seemed like the filters hadn’t been maintained. We’d been looking forward to using it, so that was a real letdown. With a bit more upkeep, this could be a five-star place for family holidays or company team-building.

I stayed there with my colleagues from 14 October to 17 October 2016, and we enjoyed our time. Thank you, Charity, for always keeping our apartments clean. But I’m very disappointed with how the manager handles things. She promised to return our key and breakage deposits within seven days, and I’m still struggling to get them back.

A beautiful place with lovely people. Jackie and the lady were welcoming and friendly, and the accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Durban.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The security staff were very helpful, and trolley helpers were available too. Ubure taxes available. It made for a friendly, enjoyable shopping trip.
