The cupboards were filthy, there were no toiletries, and the windows were tied up with string. The door was chewed up around the locking area. I expected a pleasant stay and got a really pathetic place instead. The pictures can be deceiving. Read the reviews before considering it, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The rooms were dirty and hot, and we had to share a bathroom with 9 guys. We asked for someone in charge but never got anyone. Ayanda was rude, and the place was falsely advertised. We’re still waiting for our 500, which nobody mentioned when we booked. This place was HORRIBLE!! I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.
Our room, number 6, had no electricity or TV, and even after asking several times we never got keys for it. MaDlamini at reception didn’t take care of any of our needs. The staff were rude and arrogant, and the service my family and I received was horrible. We’ll never bring our family here again or recommend the place.
There was no AC, and we ended up sleeping in the heat. They wanted to send a technician on Saturday, the same day we were checking out. The staff were useless. This was the most terrible place to stay, and they seem not to know what self catering means.
I had a great party with friends and really enjoyed the amazing pool. Gracy B&B is awesome, and I recommend it if you need a good place to host a party.
