The therapist was friendly and clearly skilled, but that was the only good part of my visit. I arrived 10 minutes early and found nobody at reception. After waiting until 10 minutes past my appointment time, I decided to leave. On my way to the gate, a therapist came out of a treatment room and said my booking wasn’t on that day’s roster. She asked me to wait another 20 minutes while she finished with another client. It was my last day in Durban, and by then it was a little late to book somewhere else after lunch, so I stayed. Things went downhill from there. This is not a luxury spa.

We managed to book a 90-minute couples massage for the same day, and arranging it was easy. The massage was wonderful, with such skilled hands and a lovely, relaxing rhythm. Thank you so much 🙏

There were 14 of us for the morning session we booked on the 9th of August. Everyone got individual attention from the warm, caring therapists, and the service was so exciting. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I’ll definitely come back.

We had a couples full-day package today and had the best time. The staff were friendly, the service was to die for, and the food they served us was delicious. Such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend 🎊.
