We were there for four nights with our sports team. The rooms are a little small, but they were cleaned daily, and the air-conditioning and hot water worked throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging breakfast for my players when we needed to leave early. They really tried to make us comfortable. We’d definitely stay again. Western Cape Touch Association, very happy Cape Town.

We told the security guard that we needed to leave early in the morning, but more than 15 cars were parked behind our vehicle when it was time to go. The service was poor, and there were cockroaches in the room.

Really good service and breakfast. The rooms could use some improvement.

The breakfast from the chef was excellent, and we appreciated it. The rest of the stay was frustrating: our reservation for four guests was supposed to have one double bed and two singles, but the room only had a double and one single. They were reluctant to fix the mistake until we insisted, and we still didn't get the room we had booked. The room we were given had cold water, and nobody seemed concerned about sorting it out until morning, so we had to bathe in another room.

The quoted web price and what I was charged on arrival were completely different, and the breakfast wasn't worth the money. Even WIMPY offers better value. The old bed was painful at the sides because of the mattress springs, so I had to sleep in the middle. This was easily the worst place I've stayed, and I wouldn't recommend it.
