The corridor looks like it’s from the 60s and needs an upgrade. In the room, there’s no microwave, the basin won’t drain when you close its lid, and the TV is tiny, with only SABC and e.tv and no other variety.

I’d also like them to upgrade the TV and bar fridge. I saw someone say the Indian lady was very rude, and I found that to be true. That’s no way to treat paying guests.

The stay wasn’t nice. The Indian lady was very rude on the morning we arrived, though the other staff were okay. There was no microwave in the rooms, the air-cons didn’t work, and the television was acting up too.

We’ve stayed at our favourite hotel many times and have always found it very nice. The staff are friendly and tidy, and the service is excellent. It’s conveniently close to where we need to go, and the price is very reasonable. We booked under Adnan’s name.
