Jax Place is in a great location and felt safe during my stay, with no incidents. The owner is very hands-on, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the furniture is quite worn, though, and the services need more consistent maintenance. At these rates, the rooms could use an upgrade. A few improvements could make this a top choice for business stays.

I came from India and spent six months here while in South Africa. Jackies Jaxx place💕 really felt like home. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, and the rooms stayed clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. I felt safe in the peaceful surroundings, which made it ideal for a long stay. I'm grateful for the hospitality and the memories. Highly recommended if you want somewhere welcoming and comfortable. My elderly father stayed here for a little over a month, and Jax, the owner, was very hands-on. Pretty was amazing too. They both showed genuine care and kept checking that he was comfortable. I'd recommend the guest house for stays from short-term to long-term.
