The location was noisy, with loud music and noisy passersby. The room itself wasn't pleasing, the bedding and duvet sets were old, and the ambience wasn't welcoming. We chose the place partly for the swimming pool, but it was in a terrible state. It was advertised as a self-catering chalet with full amenities, yet on arrival we were told to share a kitchen, contrary to the ad. There was only a small bar fridge and kettle in the room. We asked for a refund and were told it wouldn't happen. The receptionist wouldn't help, so we left to find other accommodation without getting our money back. It really wasn't a pleasant place.

The staff were friendly, and we wanted somewhere affordable and quiet to relax. That's exactly what we got, with a clean, spotless room and linen. My only complaint was the cold pool, which was a turnoff.

The bedding was nice, and the place was clean. They were helpful, and there's a kettle. A small table would have made it perfect. Give them a try.

It was just an in-and-out stay, but I enjoyed it. Maybe I can say more on my next visit.

The pool was clean, and the braai area was great. The room was neat and well prepared, and the staff were really nice and friendly. Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
