Kirstie and Patricia were attentive and communicated so well throughout. The place is peaceful, with amazing views and five star accommodation. It was outstanding, and I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Franschhoek.

The FRP Suite, also called the Honeymoon Suite, was romantic and luxurious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, plush gowns, a fabulous bath, and lovely thoughtful touches. Breakfast was a treat too, with fresh orange juice, coffee, fruit, breads, preserves, and a cooked option, all in beautiful surroundings. The views and gardens were exquisite, and the glamorous property is beautifully furnished. There’s art throughout the rooms and shared spaces, which art lovers will enjoy. It’s close to the main road, but far enough out to feel like you’re in the country. Kirstie, Nandi & Patricia made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our stay really was exceptional, a world class five star experience. I’d love to come back in summer. It’s a 10/10 for me, and if you’re considering a luxury stay in Franschhoek that will wow you, take a serious look at booking at Kilima.
