The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Stephen. He answered our many questions, helped us order Ubers, and even lent us change from his own pocket to pay a cab. The hotel rooms, public rooms and pools are modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast at the restaurant was outstanding, made to order. This is the nicest boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. Try the Plumbwood Boutique Hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The wine tram brought us to town, and we couldn't have picked a lovelier place to stay. The views were great, the service was amazing, and the whole place was stunning. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We found Plumwood Hotel peaceful and well placed, with the main street an easy walk away. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and drinks, both hot and cold, were available throughout the day, along with afternoon cake. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delightful. It was our first visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'd certainly come back.

The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, and the hotel had spacious rooms in a great, safe location. A great hotel.

We only stayed one night, but left absolutely delighted. The staff were so warm and attentive, and showed us around the property so we could find our way easily. The facilities impressed us, and the food was outstanding. If I return to Franschhoek, this will be my first choice.
