Green Pastures Bed And Breakfast

We stayed in the family studio, a tastefully furnished room with everything we needed. It was a great guest house, affordable, with a clean room and fresh towels and bedding. Kittie was wonderful and available whenever we needed her, then left us to enjoy our stay. The braai area was lovely, especially with its lighting at night. I’d recommend it and stay again. Booking through Lekkaslaap was seamless, and the helpful staff sent reminders and follow up correspondence. It all added to a fantastic stay in George. Loved it.

The room was clean and cosy, with a modern look, nice colours and fast WiFi. Parking is secure and close by, though getting into the space is a tight squeeze. Bring your own soap, floor mat and face cloth, since the shower doesn't come with them.

We had a peaceful two-night break from town at Green Pastures, and the place was very neat and clean. The studio's double bed was comfortable, but the sofa was uncomfortable and really only suited one adult or perhaps two young children. Calling it a “4 sleeper” feels misleading unless the listing makes clear it's for two adults and two kids, not four adults. An undercover braai area would also help, especially as it rained during our stay. There's room to make the stay more pleasant.

We booked Green Pastures for an overnight stop on our trip from EC to WC. The lady was understanding and so helpful, and the place was much more beautiful than we expected for the price. Thanks so much for accommodating us!
