The hotel is very handy for the large shopping mall next door, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a really comfortable bed. The rooms are well serviced, and even the cleaning staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast deserves a mention too, it was a great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Kim at reception was a real standout, so helpful and always smiling. I can certainly recommend it.

The location is very convenient, and the revamp looks nice. I liked the initiative of providing a portable water machine. A few things could open up more opportunities, in my view: why doesn't the water carafe have a lid? That doesn't make sense. Why not offer halaal-friendly service to give customers more variety, especially where options are limited? And why is there no fridge in the room?

The hotel looks stunning, feels modern and clean, and has a prime location. Everyone was so friendly, which made the stay much more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and cosy, and the restaurant has plenty of options, so there's no need to go elsewhere. I'll definitely come back.

The rooms were beautiful, as they have been at the Durban and Johannesburg hotels where I'd had wonderful experiences. That's why I booked here, but this stay was far from those. The staff were horrible, and I felt like my own people treated me as if I didn't belong. After two nights, I checked out and found another hotel. I didn't know George, but still managed to enjoy the few days I had left. I hope you get the clients you deserve.

Handy for a night on the way through. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and a mall is right across the road. Wilderness and the beach are close by too.
