Sinazo made me feel so welcome from the time I booked through to my arrival at Europa Bed & Breakfast in Bonza Bay, East London. After a long, tiring day, she really turned things around. She reminded me of Hebrews 13:2: “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” Sinazo embodies that spirit. The security guard was just as warm and welcoming, and made me feel safe and at home. Europa is lucky to have such a wonderful team. Thank you both for making my stay exceptional!

This was my second stay, and Lindi Bridget and Sinazo were absolutely amazing again. They helped wherever they could and made my wife and me feel right at home. They’ll definitely see me in the new year. You ladies rock, and thanks so much for looking after Floki. The garden and pool made it easy to unwind, and the whole place had a calm, cared-for feel. Our room was cozy and spotless, and breakfast was delicious with lovely attention to detail. The hosts were kind and always ready to help. Europa Bed & Breakfast felt like a home away from home, such a gem.

While my husband was in hospital, Lindy-Lee was always nearby and aware of what was going on at Europa. She helped me feel safe and comfortable, and went the extra mile for me. Her friendly, energetic manner was a real breath of fresh air. I’ve never experienced service quite like hers.

The accommodation was top tier, safe, and cozy, and the team looked after us throughout our visit. Sash and his team were excellent hosts, and we had an amazing time in East London. We’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend Europa.
