The kitchen charge came as a surprise: after asking about our cooking plans, we were told using the kitchen would cost extra. There also wasn’t enough crockery or cutlery for our group, and the microwave had containers of rotten food inside when we tried to use it, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a long time. We booked for nine people but found only eight beds. The listing should also make clear that bathrooms and shared areas are communal. The property photos on the site are extremely misleading. When I raised these problems, I was told the owner was discussing things with Booking.com rather than with me, which isn’t true. This was far below what I expected. I believe future guests should know, and I’d appreciate these issues being addressed urgently.

I've been coming since 2021 and I'm still visiting in 2026. The people are so friendly, the place is clean, and the area feels safe ❤️ Thanks for the great service.

The place felt dated, with filthy walls in the room and curtains that were old, wrinkled, and pathetic. It gave me the impression they might be having financial difficulties.
