The manager on duty was amazing, but the rooms need more attention. The bedding should be crisp and the curtains shouldn't be broken. The biggest problem was the noise at night. Athletes need rest, and with all that noise it was almost impossible.

There are 15 of us working technical for the ICT SUMMIT, and we're loving our stay. We can cook our own meals and sort out our drinks in the self-catering setup. This place is amazing. Flipping heck, we love it, and we'll be back next week.

We paid for covered parking, but often couldn't get in because the security guard wasn't there. The front desk staff also seemed unprofessional, and our self-catering unit was missing basic cutlery, including kitchen knives. The service was horrible.

The staff were pleasant, so I don't blame them. This is on HQ. We paid R495 for a room in the gardens, and it was absolutely filthy, with stained carpets and mold all over the bathroom. That's a lot of money for this experience. I wonder what the bedding will be like. I'll complain to head office.
