Kennaway Hotel

Waking up to the sea view was lovely, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was neat with clean bedding. The welcome was warm and friendly, and they even helped me with my room query. The carpeted floors were aged and didn't look great, and I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room. Still, I'd recommend the stay and would come again.

Such a good place for hospitality. The workers are lovely, from the waitresses and receptionists to the chefs. I always enjoy staying there.

The sea view from the room was what I liked most. The sunrise view is especially amazing.

Our first stay here was an awful experience. The receptionist said she was alone when we asked for a porter at check-in, and the key card for our room didn't work, so we were moved to another one. After unpacking there, we found the shower drain blocked. Water ran out onto the hallway carpet, but when we asked for it to be cleared, we were told there were no staff on duty. They offered another room, which we turned down since we'd already unpacked, so we slept in one room and showered in another. We asked again on Saturday morning and were told it would be handled once we left, but housekeeping wanted to move us. When we came back that evening, the receptionist on duty said he knew nothing about it. There was no room service, and the bar stayed closed during our visit.
