The location is handy, near Spar, Tops, and Greenacres Mall, and the bedding was new, so I slept well. Trevor, the manager on duty, was friendly and tried to help. The place was fairly clean, but the accommodation wasn't like it used to be. I couldn't shower properly because the shower head wouldn't swivel and pointed up into the corner, so I had to reach up and try to splash the water down. I wish the owner and Trevor well, and hope they can make a few small improvements to bring it back to how it looked on their website.

The place is in poor shape, and management isn't keeping up with maintenance. There were no taps and the shower was broken, so I couldn't shower in the morning. The standards have really fallen from what they used to be, and the place was filthy. I had booked two nights but left after one, without a refund for the unused night. Apparently the manager said all the money had already been used up. This was disappointing, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Beauty here. The hosts are humble, welcoming, and always around if you need help, while still giving guests privacy. The place is clean, has secure parking, and is close to everything. Housekeeping is available seven days a week, the WiFi works perfectly, and the TVs are as big as the ones we left at home. I loved everything and would definitely recommend it to a friend. Thanks!

Pretty average centre. Spar has long, narrow aisles, and the checkout queue was long.
