We had such a good time here. It’s neat and cosy, with a beautiful atmosphere. The owners were kind and respectful. A peaceful place to get away from everyday life.

The rooms need a lot of TLC, and there was very little in the way of small toiletries like soap samples. We were told when booking that there was air conditioning, but once we arrived, they said they don’t use it because people leave it running all the time. This was the worst B&B stay I’ve had.

The kids and I had a really wholesome stay. It felt like home, from the way we were hosted to how secure the place was.

Morne and Karin made my stay at Walmer Guesthouse feel especially welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right, and that personal touch really stood out. The guesthouse itself is quiet, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a great location and easy access to what you need. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful, homely stay in Walmer.

I’ve been living in walmer heights for 19 years and had no idea such a lovely guest house was here. The place is peaceful and quiet, and the hospitality, security and comfort were all excellent. The hosts are great and accommodating to your needs. Restaurants like toro melt are nearby. I’ll definitely recommend this guest house.
