I'm a neighbour of this institution. When guests blast music and treat the place like a party house, the business refuses to answer its phone. That's absolutely unacceptable, and I'll also be lodging a complaint with the Metro.

I could walk to and from the office I was visiting, since African Aquila is conveniently close to Walmer's business area. Both mornings, the Aquila team kindly gave me a lift to a very nearby coffee shop for breakfast. I hadn't expected that, and really appreciated it. Thanks for making the stay comfortable and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable too.

I didn't like their no-visitors rule. Three friends came to see me around 20H00, and I had to go out with them. I think a fairer rule would be to ask people to keep the noise down after 22H00.
