Cashmere Suites

The place looks run down, even the grass hasn't been cut. I paid R950 and found stained pillows, hair in the shower, and a dirty black-stained mop left in the bathroom. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay. I also saw that the broken lamp Kyle mentioned in a review a month earlier was still there, with a broken plug wrapped around it. They don't seem to care. Response: Hi Justin, Thanks for replying, though it wasn't the response I hoped for. It felt defensive, much like your reply to Kyle, when you claimed he hadn't even stayed there despite the photos attached. Kyle and I can't respond to comments on reviews, and you know Google reviews don't allow a back-and-forth. It's a sad way to handle this. I'm not sure why I was expected to contact you. You had my details, while I didn't have yours, so you should have called me. Please don't call now, though. I don't think anything will come of it. Take the criticism on board. I've attached more photos for reference.

Blessing made our stay unforgettable. He was always smiling, pleasant, humble, and so helpful. The owner, Justin, was very accommodating too. My husband and I found the room really comfortable, clean, and loved its layout and decor. The B&B is in a quiet suburb, just right for us. Thanks for a great stay. We'll definitely come back to Cashmere Suites.

Andrew was friendly and helpful, and my room was cleaned while I was out after the first night. I stayed two nights in room 1 and had a pleasant time overall. The room was clean and spacious. There was no aircon, so Andrew brought me a fan, which I appreciated, but it didn't work as well as I wanted. The ceiling fan doesn't offer much relief either. A good quality fan in each room or aircon would be nice. There was no water in the bar fridge. Apart from that, I can't complain. Thank u.

The service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It's close to everything.
