The place has potential to be a gem, but it feels run down and the new owner needs to put in time and effort. There are maintenance issues everywhere: the TVs don't work, the porches need attention, and the rooms and bedding need updating, including clean carpets, new pillows, and towels. After a long workday, I came back to uncleaned rooms, dirty dishes, and dirty bathrooms, which isn't acceptable. Breakfast was mediocre and sparse, sometimes missing basics like bread or yogurt. The coffee was cold, and they served processed fake cheese. One morning, with guests paying a lot, we were told the person meant to buy bread hadn't returned yet. These basic things should be planned and ready.

Geoff went out of his way to make us breakfast to take with us when we had to leave early for the long drive home. He's a great host, and we're already looking forward to another stay. The guest house has lovely gardens and a huge pool, and it's well placed near the beachfront and several shopping malls. Thanks again, Geoff.

The rooms are modern, and ours had a kitchenette as well as its own outdoor space. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was nice. Fabulous accommodation.
