The owners are friendly, the rooms are well equipped, and breakfast was great. The location is ideal for shopping centres or getting around for work or leisure. The rooms are spacious, though as a bigger guy I found the shower and bathroom a bit cramped. It didn't spoil the experience.

The hosts were lovely and breakfast was delicious. I stayed in an upstairs room that suited me perfectly, though the shower under the eaves could be awkward if you're tall. I was in PE for a week of work, and the guest house was handy for the main access road without being close enough for me to notice traffic noise. A mall with lots of food and shops was also a short distance away.

Really good breakfast, a nice bar, and safe parking. The host was the best, friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything I needed. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in George.

We stopped at Ascot Place Guest House for two nights on the way from Jhb to start the Garden Route. Meaghan & Andre gave us useful tips about PE and were excellent hosts. The room was spotless, and breakfast was great. Strongly recommend.
