I didn’t sleep at all. The room next door turned into a party for the night, with drinking and noise. The towels were worn and discoloured, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and parking was a nightmare.

We hadn’t booked in time and were disappointed with the place we’d arranged before finding them. Even so, they welcomed us warmly and offered us drinks for my birthday. They also checked on us every 30 minutes to make sure we were okay.

King’s Tide boutique was a lovely, quiet place for our weekend, and we both had a great time. It’s within walking distance of the beach and felt safe. The service was at its best, and we’ll definitely come back.
