Nova Boutique Hotel

The gym was very good, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel with big, clean rooms, a soft bed and AC that works really well. The location is a little outside the center, which I liked, and it felt safe. My only suggestion would be to make the swimming pool cold instead of warm. :)

We arrived planning to stay one night and left wishing we’d booked longer. The owner was a sweetheart when we met her in the morning, and the grounds are nicely kept. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, a minibar and all the equipment in the room. There’s a lot to enjoy, including a spa, cinema room, library and full gym. The space-themed decor is really cool and feels classy and luxurious. I travelled with my child, and they catered for her too. The service was what really touched us. A staff member greeted us right off the driveway and went out of her way to get us checked in and settled, with staff available 24/7. When we asked about halal food, she showed us the separate equipment and kitchen area used to prepare and serve it, and even showed us the chicken sausage certification. They do cater for halal, and I was genuinely touched by the care. This is the only place I was ready to give five stars before we’d even checked out. We’ll definitely be back.

If you’re staying in PE, this is a great choice for luxury, cleanliness and hospitality. The hotel is modern, with spacious, very comfortable rooms kept in pristine condition. Service was excellent from start to finish. Since we had an early flight, the staff prepared a thoughtful breakfast box for us to take along. The airport is just a 5-minute drive away, which made travel day stress-free. I can’t recommend Nova Hotel enough, easily the best booking in the area.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and we had an excellent breakfast. This family-run boutique hotel is well managed, with really good service and friendly, accommodating staff. Justice made us feel very welcome on arrival, and Trishka made us not want to leave.
