We felt right at home with the relaxing atmosphere and loved the whole vibe. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and breakfast was to die for. One small thing, if you're not used to very soft pillows, I'd bring your own.

For a work trip, this is a great place to stay. The spacious rooms were clean, the WiFi was strong, and breakfast was amazing. It's in a prime spot in the middle of Summerstrand and well worth staying at. The only downside for me was having roller blinds instead of blackout curtains, which let some light in at night. :)

I was in PE for work and gave this lodge a try. Its rustic African style has a jungle feel, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, with a shower, bath, and an area with a fridge and kettle. Breakfast was plentiful, with both hot and cold choices. The room was too dark for me, though, and there wasn't a cupboard to hang clothes. Load shedding isn't catered for in the rooms, so expect to pack torches or candles. The location would be great for a holiday, but it was too far from my work in Newton Park.

We had a very nice, spacious room and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really good too. The ocean is close, though Shark Rock Pier is still a two kilometer walk. We saw lots of dolphins there.
