The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, and the hotel was spotless, with care shown in every detail. We also really enjoyed the fresh, tasty food, which was beautifully prepared. Private parking made things very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great and friendly, the food was great, and the service was excellent. It was hard to request things, though, because there was no phone in the room.

The garden view was lovely, and the cottage-style accommodation was cute. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was great too. The staff were so warm and friendly, and I really enjoyed their service. It's very close to attractions such as the Panorama Route and God’s window. One thing that could be better is the lack of a room phone for contacting the front desk. Maybe the reception desk could have a WhatsApp number for urgent help from the room.

There’s plenty to do in the area, and the rooms are clean. The staff were lovely and so kind, going out of their way to accommodate us. I’d recommend staying here!

I got some of the best sleep I've ever had away from home, thanks to the really comfy beds. The restaurant serves delicious food that's beautifully presented, and for this price it's a steal. No air conditioning is why it doesn't get five stars, but otherwise, thumbs up.
