The room was clean and affordable, though a little dark for my taste. We could use the indoor pool, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, with good advice to share. The lodge is in a pretty good spot, near Hermanus and a romantic lagoon with a separate access point for customers.

We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. Vanessa gave us a lovely warm welcome and had even flown an Australian flag! The second and third photos are from the lagoon slipway down in the village. Thank you.

Vanessa, Derek and the sweetest Gibbs made our time so delightful. They're kind and funny, and we'll definitely be back. Look out for the pink car 💕 What an amazing experience. The setting was romantic and beautiful, with a gorgeous garden, and the place was cute and quaint, even better than I'd expected.

Breakfast is available if you let them know the day before. The room has a kettle and bar fridge, an ensuite bathroom, and comfortable beds. There's also a kitchen guests can use and a heated indoor pool. The view was great, the place super cozy and comfortable, and the service was so friendly. It's the most amazing guest house I've stayed at, super romantic too. Five stars, I'd recommend it to everyone I know.

Good value, quiet and clean. We were glad it was so close to Benguela Cove, where we went for an evening event.
