The room was generally clean, and the staff were friendly, but the family room didn't match the booking.com photos. The pictures showed a large fridge and microwave; on arrival there was only a small bar fridge and no microwave. There were just two bath towels for four people, and they wouldn't provide more. The cupboard doors were broken, and the kettle only boiled enough water for two cups, with only two cups supplied.

I didn't enjoy staying here. The sheets were thin and the beds had stains. Mattress covers that are washed regularly would make things more hygienic.

The rooms were clean, but there wasn't a microwave, the fridge was tiny, and we had no spoons. The pillows felt stiff, and there was no bath mat.

The room itself was good, though there wasn't a kitchenette. A small microwave would make a big difference.

In room 13, the electricity kept tripping. After I asked them to sort it out, I returned to find the door standing wide open and nobody inside my unit. They did fix the power, but disconnected the heat pump, so my whole family had to shower in cold water the next morning. It was a really unpleasant stay and nowhere near what I'd expect from a four-star place.
