The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully looked after. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The service and care exceeded my expectations, from the hotel through to the guesthouse. 10/10. I’ll definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, lovely stay. 😊

The food was so good I wanted to meet the chefs in person! The staff were amazing, the managers top class, and the location is good. I’m heading home full, refreshed, and happy. Just class.

The food at Saskia was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed my stay at Cycad. The service was great too. My only issue was the room lighting. There were plenty of lights, but their placement didn’t work for me and the room still felt too dim. I’d suggest adding lights in the ceiling and around the room.

I usually stay at the main hotel, Fusion, but was here for just one night with a friend while attending a funeral, and it was sufficient. There was a hiccup with the beds, but it was fixed right away. The manager from the main reception came to say hello, remembered my specific requirements from previous stays at the main hotel, and made sure they were taken care of at their sister guest house. First class service. Fusion Hotel is the best place to stay on a trip to Polokwane. You won't find better service!

The current air-conditioning unit is noisy. It should be replaced with a split air-conditioning system.
