We spent every morning and evening eating on the balcony, taking in those spectacular views. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the main Hermanus attractions weren't far away. The rooms were spacious, looking out over the golf course and ocean, and the kitchen had all we needed. There was milk in the fridge along with tea and coffee when we arrived, and the tap water is safe to drink. Gillian was a warm, helpful host. For a walk in the mountains, Fernkloof Nature Reserve is about a five-minute drive. We also liked the Milkwood forest behind Dutchies at Grotto beach. Walkersbay Take Away is worth a try for its tasty calamari and chips, with big portions. We'd happily recommend the villa and return for another holiday.

I've been back to Hermanus Heights Villa several times, and each visit has been a great time. Gill is such a good host. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We loved the kettle, and the place felt warm, welcoming, and very spacious. A great little coastal getaway for families of any size.

It was tidy, clean, and thoughtfully set up, right down to hot water bottles for the cold evenings. There was loads of space, a beautiful view, and a good location. I'll book here again when I'm in Hermanus.
