We only stayed briefly and didn't find out what the spa offers. The units and rooms were very clean and tidy, and Manager Lindy and the staff were helpful and friendly. There's plenty of secure parking. The area and road are quiet, but the location is central for malls and other scenic sights.

A lovely guesthouse in Hillcrest KZN, with a peaceful setting and beautifully kept grounds. The property and garden are well maintained, and there's a pool. The rooms are very spacious.

The only real downside was the single bed, which is intended for children travelling with their parents. I found it uncomfortable, though my children slept well on the comfortable queen bed. Otherwise, our unit, Phezulu, was lovely, clean, and welcoming, nestled among Hillcrest's beautiful trees. Mbali & Tumi came in daily to clean, freshen the place, and leave clean towels. They made our stay extra special. The place was just as it looked in the online photos, but pictures can't show how tranquil and relaxing it felt. When the accommodation we'd booked elsewhere cancelled at the last minute, Njabulo came through for my family and me. Thank you, Njabulo. On arrival, the lovely, professional, and kind staff, Mbali & Tumi, greeted us. We enjoyed the family holiday and hope to return soon.

Four of us had a wonderful weekend at Sibsons. From arrival to departure, everyone was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was yummy.
